Natural fish oil 1000mg (Equiv. to total Omega 3 triglycerides 300mg)
Equiv to:
– EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) 180mg
– DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) 120mg
Contains Vitamin E and encapsulating aids.

Contains No Added: artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives, or colours.
No added gluten, wheat, eggs, dairy, or yeast.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
