One of our dearing customer shared his story with us. He was a healthy man up until May of 2023, when he went for a casual health checkup. He was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. Over the past five months, he underwent cancer cell removal, followed by 25 sessions of radiation therapy and 7 hospitalizations for anti-cancer treatment. As a consequence of the radiation therapy, the surrounding tissues of the esophagus were damaged. Due to inflammation and continued anti-cancer treatment, his esophagus has shrunk. He also underwent stent placement. For three weeks, despite taking narcotic painkillers and sleeping pills, he couldn’t sleep for more than an hour and was constantly awakened by pain. He tried to endure, but due to reasons like nausea, queasiness, retching, and esophageal contractions, he eventually lost 15kg of weight.
