Power through your day with this smoothie packed with the protein found in peanut butter and colostrum and the potassium in bananas.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ frozen sliced bananas
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk (or substitute almond milk or oat milk)
  • 1 serving colostrum powder

Method:

  1. Place the bananas, natural peanut butter, milk of choice, and colostrum powder in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth, adding more milk as needed.
  3. Serve right away for best consistency and flavour.

The Green Colostrum Smoothie Recipe

Intake your daily greens with this smoothie recipe. The smoothie is packed with natural antioxidants, protein, and gives a great energy a boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh kale
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup milk (or substitute almond milk or oat milk)
  • 1 serving colostrum powder

Method:

  1. In a blender, place the kale, frozen pineapple chunks, milk, colostrum powder.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth. At this point, your smoothie should have the consistency of a shake. Blend in more milk if needed.
  3. Serve and drink right away to get the maximum benefit of this green smoothie.

Berry Blast Colostrum Smoothie Recipe

A nice berry blast where the sweetness of the strawberries perfectly balances the tartness of the blueberries and raspberries, all the antioxidants your body needs.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup milk (almond milk works well)
  • 1 serving colostrum powder

Method:

  1. In your blender, add your frozen blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, your choice of milk, and the colostrum powder.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth, adding more milk if needed.
  3. Serve and enjoy immediately.

Pan Pizza with colostrum powder

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups Warm water

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Put yeast, sugar, salt, and colostrum powder into water, stir, and allow to proof for 5 minutes until foamy and bubbly.
  3. In a bowl combine oil, flour, and salt.
  4. Pour in the yeast mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Turn out onto a flat surface and knead for about 10 minutes or use a stand mixer
  6. Divide dough into three balls. In three 8 inches cake pans, put 2 Tbsp of oil in each making sure it is spread evenly
  7. Put 2 Tbsp of oil in each pan making sure it is spread evenly
  8. Using a rolling pin, roll out each dough ball to about a 8-inch circle
  9. Place dough into pan.
  10. Cover with a plate or towel and allow to rise in a warm place for 1- 1 1/2 hours
  11. Spoon 1/3 cup of pizza sauce on each pizza and spread to within 1 inch of edge
  12. Distribute 85g of shredded mozzarella cheese on each pizza
  13. Add favorite toppings (sausage, pepperoni, etc.)
  14. Top with 25g mozzarella cheese
  15. Cook until cheese is bubbling and outer crust is brown – about 15 minutes
  16. Enjoy your delicious home-made colostrum pizza
